ARD - Kavrepalanchowk is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political organization established with the aim of innovative development and resource mobilization. Moreover, the organization is committed to creating social justice and social transformation for the socio-economic development of disadvantaged and marginalized people of the country.

"Society for Each Other" is going to support two Old age Homes 1) Kavre Boudha Bridh Ashram in Banepa and 2)Shree Prannath Maiti Briddhashra Panauti with Ration for a month.

Campaign for Human Rights and Social Transformation Nepal (CAHURAST-Nepal), one of the National Human Rights will be conducting virtual interaction program to discuss on the current situation of Economic, Social and Cultural (ESC) rights during COVID-19 and its impact on post COVID-19 to mark the Social Service week. CAHURAST has been implementing the initiatives on democracy and peace, integrity building in community and academic area, promoting the transparency and accountability, lobbying and advocacy for the marginalized group of community. Moreover, its involvement is in promoting the citizen monitoring for holding the government accountable and transparent.

Rastriya dalit Network (RDN) Nepal and Samabeshi Foundation (SF) will be organized the workshop with support of UNDP (A2J) .

Dalit JanKalyan Yuba Club and the Freedom Fund have been supported accessing in the local government's budget and its services for the harawa charawa ,poor, dalit and marginalized people. In the occasion of SWC celebrating day, such kinds of program has been conducted for these back ward people on Tuesday,22 September 2020. The ward office of Lahan municipality ward no. 17 also supported to conduct this program and our honourable chair persons also totally supported on it. Mostly, our beneficiaries have been involved in the program to gain knowledge for their family and community.

Nepal Red Cross Society Dolakha is organizing blood donation programme in support with Kalinchok rural municipality, Sundrawati Red Cross subchpater and Deepjyoti Samaj. About 30 people will donate blood by applying safety and social distancing.

Youths from Threhathum, Panchthar, Taplejung, Bhaktapur will share their entrepreneurship and explain how they are promoting the skills with others. They have been involving in hair cutting, mushroom planting and vegetable farming. Nepal Red Cross is supporting youths to be self-reliant and catalyst for social change.

Nepal Red Cross society is working with metropolitan cities and sub-metropolitan cities to increase disaster resilience of people in urban settings. The Strengthening Urban Resilience and Engagement (SURE) programme is designed to improve the urban disaster resilience of municipal governments, the NRCS and citizens, including specific vulnerable groups, across the seven targeted municipalities in the Kathmandu valley, Kaski and Kailali. SURE uses multi-hazard and network based analysis to identify areas to be addressed in order to increase the overall disaster resilience of people in urban areas. British Red Cross is supporting the programme. The online discussion will show how local slum area people are involved in social transformation.
