The event is organized combinedly by Pokhara Christian Community (PCC) and Asal Chhimekee Nepal (ACN), Pokhara, Kaski. Pokhara Christian Community is based on Kaski district and involved in various social activities to support people affected by disaster. Since the establishment of PCC in 2063 BS, PCC has been working to serve the community who are in need. Similarly, Asal Chhimekee Nepal (ACN) which was established in 2059 BS in order to reach to the community who are in need; focusing in capacity building of women and health promotion. ACN is running the rehabilitation centre for the women who are addicted to drugs/alcohol. After the earthquake 2072, ACN has been involved in various relief and response program. Every year, ACN participates to respond to various disaster affected community of Terai and hills without any partiality and prejudice.

Rural Health and Education Service Trust (RHEST)is a women-led non-profit organization established in 2049 B.S. (1993 A.D) to combat girl trafficking, fight child marriage and exploitations, emphasizing women's health, and educating women and children on better nutrition. RHEST works in coordination with five local partner organizations and more than 50 local volunteers in the rural areas of 18 districts.
