Planning & Program Department is responsible for the preparation of annual plan & budget in co-ordination with the Financial Administration. This division looks after INGO appraisal & agreement process; make recommendation for visa and customs exemption facilities; receive annual & half-yearly report from local NGOs about their on going activities and work towards classification of INGOs.
